Allyson Felix

Allyson Melissa Felix was birthed at Los Angeles, California on November 18th 1985. Paul Felix, the father of Allyson Michelle Felix is a minister ordained at Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works as a primary school teacher in Balboa Magnet. Felix showed an early aptitude for athletics when she was in high school at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Her sprinting ability at the time. She came second at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships within just 10 weeks after the first time she tried out. Felix, who graduated high school in 2003, signed a sports contract with Adidas. She then was accepted into the University of Southern California and completed her studies in elementary education. Felix won her first Olympic gold at the Athens Summer Olympics 2004. Felix broke a junior-world record of running the 200m in 22.18. The youngest winner of the 200-meter race in the world championships that took place in Helsinki in the year 2005. She won her medal once again in 2007, beating her time-tested Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix always placed in the top third of each of her races in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
